Australian NBA star Ben Simmons has shaved $6 million off the price of a California retreat he’s been trying to get rid of for two years.

Located in a gated community in Hidden Hills, 45 km from Los Angeles, the sprawling seven-bedroom ultra-modern ‘cottage’ first hit the market in 2022 for a staggering $32.5 million (approximately $23 million). of US dollars).

Simmons purchased the property in 2021 for US$23.3 million ($17.5 million).
