And on Wednesday, the 35-year-old took to Instagram to share an interpretive dance of motherhood with her followers.

Ashley explained that the rhythmic dance was the first time since giving birth that she had decided to “be moved again.”

She went on to write an emotional letter dedicated to her movement coach Kate Shela in the caption.

“Today was the first time since I was in labor that I decided to be moved again… right here in this same backyard with the same playlist from my beloved teacher @therealkateshela,” she wrote.

‘What medicine (as Kate so exquisitely puts it in this audio) to turn to the body, to see how I really feel… the whole answer really seems to lie here.’

‘The power of reflection, of true connection. A ‘house’ to process and heal. “This embodiment practice grounds the lessons and allows a space to hear the wisdom learned over and over again,” Hart continued.

‘Today here with my beautiful baby, with my feet on the ground, on the ground. Held by the trees, looking at the sky… I’m feeling it all. The grace, the beauty, the triumph… I hear the whispers of my heart, the strength of my body, the reminder of my confidence and, above all, the heavenly support.’

‘Today I not only returned to my labor, but to my pregnancy… dancing at the @the360emergence workshop in Australia, 6 months pregnant. Where I also felt disconnected and shaky…insecure, forgetful.

‘Till I danced, towards the center, back to zero. While I dance, I come home, again and again. Thank you for being one of my best guides and teachers. Weaving your medicine and magic through my body even when the oceans are apart,” he finished.

In January, Hart posted on Instagram to announce the news of her new arrival, however, the actual birth took place on December 21.

She shared a series of images capturing moments from her home birth experience, where the Australian-born model warmly welcomed her baby in a bath.

In the caption, she wrote: “When no words seem to match the magnitude of the magic to honor your welcome and simply say your name or show your beautiful little face, it still feels so raw in intimacy.”

“I will make your arrival announcement simple and let your pure divinity speak for itself.”

He continued, revealing the newborn’s unusual name: ‘Welcome to the world “Priest Hart Chavira.”‘
