FBoy Island host Chatfield, 29, previously revealed she would not be attending for a surprising reason.

“I’m not going. I don’t want to work for free, too stupid. So stupid! My boyfriend is coming home so I’ll probably have dinner at home,” she said. Yahoo Lifestyle.

On Monday, Abbie also shared a video on Instagram explaining in more detail her reasons for not going.

“I wasn’t nominated, so why would I go?” he said in a speech riddled with expletives.

Meanwhile, Jackie O Henderson, 49, and Kyle Sandilands, 53, reacted to Chatfield’s comments on Monday’s Kyle & Jackie O Show.

“I didn’t feel like going, that’s all. I really enjoyed it last year and had a great time,” she told her co-host, who also did not attend the ceremony.

After attending last year’s Logies, Jackie revealed she went straight from the after-party to work on the breakfast show.

In a video shared on social media at the time, the radio star told her followers she had “been up all night.”

On Monday, Abbie also shared a video on Instagram further explaining her reason for not attending.

Kyle shared Jackie’s reluctance to attend the awards show, but for a very different reason.

“I just can’t be bothered,” she revealed on Monday’s show after canceling her appearance at last year’s ceremony to stay home and care for her young son.

Kyle also revealed that Sam Pang replaced him with Dave Hughes as a form of revenge.

“He got so angry that he brought Hughesy in. So it was all a waste of time,” he said.

Other stars curiously absent from the exclusive event included three-time Gold Logie winner Daryl Somers and Channel Nine veterans Eddie McGuire, Tracy Grimshaw and Sylvia Jefferies.

Event host Sam Pang, 50, mocked Somers’s facetious comments at last year’s ceremony, in which she said nominees could participate in an “auction” for a Logie award.

“Australian television royalty Daryl Somers, who jokingly attempted to auction off the gold statuette among the seven nominees,” Sam began.

“Now, we’re not going to do that again this year… simply because last year it started as a live auction but ended as a silent auction.”

Meanwhile, several Married At First Sight stars were said to be “devastated” at not receiving an invite to the exclusive red carpet event.

This year’s extraordinary ceremony saw Channel Seven presenter Larry Emdur take home the coveted Gold Logie Award for Most Popular Australian Television Personality.

Taking to the stage at the Logies ceremony in Sydney, The Morning Show host had the crowd roaring, making light of the number of times his shows have been cancelled over the years and his wide range of questionable presenting work.

Meanwhile, New Zealand actress Rebecca Gibney has won TV Week’s Hall of Fame award in a landmark achievement.
