A young Australian woman criticized Americans for believing they are “the only people in the world that exist” and for filling social media with “silly” comments.

On TikTok, Lucy Wilson spent three minutes criticizing people in the US and asking them to educate themselves and get out of their bubble.

The young woman was furious as she described the Americans and their comments to her 300,000 followers.

“Nothing bothers me more than when I see a video of an Australian colleague saying, ‘Oh, it’s the first day of summer,’ and then it goes viral in the United States,” she said.

‘And everyone says it’s not summer, you’re an idiot, it’s the first day of winter. Do you really think anyone is dumb enough to not know what station they are on? —she added while putting on her makeup.

He went on to add that he thought it was “common knowledge” that different parts of the world experience different seasons.

‘How come they don’t know? And I swear it’s just them. “The rest of the world is fine,” he added.

He closed his eyes and continued, “It’s not just about seasons, either.”

‘The currency too. Why would the entire world use the US dollar? she was taken aback.

She said she gets a lot of comments claiming she’s been scammed when she talks about the price of something.

‘They just think the world revolves around them. I just don’t understand it.’

He added that many people may not have left the US before or grew up with a poor education, but with artificial intelligence and the internet available they should be able to figure it out.

“Surely some of the people who comment on these things, statistically, have been to other countries,” he said.

People were quick to comment.

“They are so loud and so wrong,” one woman said.

Another said, “I’m starting to think it’s actually not hard to get into Harvard.”

“Their first mistake was thinking they could think,” one man said.

In her video, Lucy mentioned another content creator, Bailey, who had come under fire after celebrating summer.

Fans of both couldn’t help but reveal some of the crazy comments on their post.

“Someone commented on that post saying ‘no it’s still winter, they just have warmer weather there’ NOOOOOOOOOOO,” one woman shouted.

Some people shared other “wrong facts” they had heard from Americans.

“As a Canadian, a lot of Americans got mad at me for saying that it’s common knowledge that Transylvania is a real region of Romania and everyone thought it was a made-up place,” one woman said.

“I was in Paris once and a girl with a southern accent told a Parisian ‘we’re from the United States, we don’t have an accent’… I’m sorry,” another added.

‘I’m from Neverland, oh wait, Netherlands. How many times when I say I’m from Holland do I get told “it’s not real” or “isn’t that in Amsterdam?” a man laughed.

‘Two Americans at university saw photographs of my travels in the Middle East. “They thought I was lying about being there because of the snow in my photos, they said I took the photos in Canada,” another revealed.

Another woman said an American had recently asked her if it’s July in Australia because it’s summer.

Others mentioned their American friends’ inability to relate to the metric system and their disbelief that 18-year-old Australians can drink in bars.

A man from New Zealand chimed in: “I swear they think we’re a tropical island with no internet or people.”

The video quickly went viral, although few Americans appeared in the comments to defend their compatriots.

“You can’t look down on people for things they were never taught,” one shouted.
