Located in Palm Beach, 20 kilometers from the Gold Coast, the new platform will occupy the entire half floor of a new apartment complex called Kloud.

Designed with a spacious open plan, the apartment also features European oak floors, a kitchen with breakfast bar and natural stone finishes.

There is also a spectacular master bedroom which features an elegant bathroom with double shower, bathtub and double vanity.

The apartment, which measures 200 square meters, also features high ceilings and glass walls that open to the ocean, making the most of the water views.

Built for resort-style living, Ash’s four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment will feature incredible ocean views and the latest in elegant design.

Meanwhile, the Kloud complex will consist of 23 apartments within a 12-storey tower, with construction due to be completed in 2025.

Features of the block will include a swimming pool, wet terrace, sun loungers and a social space with barbecue.

It comes after Ash recently missed out on another Queensland pad tagged as his “dream home”.

The glorious waterfront property located in Tweed Heads sold for a whopping $9.45 million in January.

Designed with a spacious open plan, the apartment also features European oak floors, a kitchen with breakfast bar and natural stone finishes.

Ash had his eye on the trophy home but passed before a buyer in Melbourne snapped it up, according to The Daily Telegraph.

Built just meters from the beach, the space is the size of three normal blocks and was originally purchased in 2011 for just $3.15 million.

It comes after Ash and husband Garry Kissick welcomed their son Hayden in July.

The Queensland native married her boyfriend in a private ceremony at a secret location in Queensland back in 2022.

The Kloud complex will consist of 23 apartments within a 12-story tower, and construction will be completed in 2025.

She met her husband at Brooklands Golf Club in Queensland in 2016 during a round of golf and they have been together ever since.

Ash sensationally quit tennis at the peak of his powers after his decisive Australian Open in January 2022 and has rejected all suggestions that he could return to professional sport in the future.

In her memoir My Dream Time, she reveals how the fierce desire that had made her a champion began to dim after winning Wimbledon in 2021.
