Ariana Grande’s brother, Frankie Grande, took to social media to show off the results of his nose job.
The 41-year-old dancer and actor shared an update video on his Instagram two weeks after the surgery, as he shared before and after pictures of his plastic surgery.
The clip began with the previous view, showing Frankie’s nose with a more sloping nasal tip.
The video then moved on to the final results, showing a straighter, smaller and more refined nose.
“Still swollen but what do you think?” she wrote in the caption.
Ariana Grande’s brother, Frankie Grande, 41, took to social media to show off the before (L) and after (R) photos of his nose job.
Her fans shared their appreciation for the ‘natural results’.
“This rhinoplasty has a wonderful natural result,” wrote one.
“It looks so natural on your face, you look amazing,” another added.
“She looks great! And natural,” someone else commented.
‘Some people have a nose that “makes” their face and when they get a nose job they look completely different. I think with your operation, I hope you achieved what you wanted without being drastic and that you continue to look like you are. Good job!’
Last week, after Frankie posted a selfie of himself bandaged up and with a bruised face following a nose job, his famous sister weighed in underneath the Instagram photo.
Ariana wrote: ‘Perfect in every way, always!’ alongside a teddy bear, bubbles and seedling emoji.
“New nose. Who’s that?” Frankie wrote in the caption, which showed both of her eyelids covered in a dark purple hue due to bruising.

Frankie was wearing a cast covering the bridge of his nose and was covered with gauze under his nostrils. He also had a white strap with padding around his head.
A few days later, Frankie, still recovering from rhinoplasty, shared a series of photos while out and about in the Big Apple.
In one image, Frankie vomited the peace symbol while sitting on a train with a skin-coloured bandage on his nose.
The actor posed at a subway station in another snap and smiled in front of a poster of Deborah Cox in The Wiz in a third.
The carousel also included sweet photos of Frankie with her mother, Joan Grande, Deborah and friends backstage at the Broadway show.
The Big Brother alum wrote: “Took my new nose to see New York. Loved The Wiz.”
Deborah wrote in the comments section: “I love you all so much! So good to see you all! Muah!”
However, days later, Frankie suffered a minor setback during his recovery after doctors removed his cast.

“New nose. Who is this?” Frankie captioned her post-surgery selfie on Instagram.
“It just popped like a balloon, which is apparently supposed to happen, but I’m freaking out a little bit, but I’m still really excited,” the Broadway star shared on his Instagram Stories on Monday.
Frankie explained to viewers that she now has to “restart the whole de-bloating process from the beginning,” but she still “can’t wait.”
The singer added that he is “very excited about the big reveal.”
Meanwhile, Frankie’s surgery comes a month after he gave Ariana a sweet birthday shout-out on June 26.
“Happy BIRTHDAY to the most beautiful, amazing, talented, and most importantly KIND sister in the entire universe,” he gushed. “From the moment you came into my life, you have brought nothing but joy, love, and endless inspiration. I am beyond grateful to be your brother and to witness your journey, both as an artist and the beautiful soul that you are. But beyond that, I am… so proud of you. You have done so much for me in our lives and I couldn’t be more thankful. You are my rock. My balance.”
Frankie wished her a year “filled with all the happiness, success and love you deserve,” and concluded her message: “Keep shining and sharing your magic with the world. I love you over the moon and over and over and over to the ends of the universe and back again!”
In 2018, the Spree star credited the Grammy winner and his mother for helping him stay sober.
“Thank you, my amazing sister. Your strength is what gave me the courage to ask you for help. And you were selflessly there for me the moment I asked, as you were for so many people during that difficult time,” Frankie wrote on X. “I love you. I can’t thank you enough. I couldn’t have done this without you. At all.”
A follow-up post read: ‘Thank you mommy. I couldn’t have done ANY of this without the love and support you’ve shown me, this past year and always. I love you mommy. I’m so happy you have your son back.’
And Frankie recently celebrated seven years of sobriety in June.

“It’s been an incredible, life-changing journey of self-discovery, and I’m beyond grateful. There are no words that can ever express the gratitude I feel in my heart right now,” he said while marking the occasion on social media last month. “My sobriety saved my life.
“And I say this with every fiber of my being! I was on a very, very dark path and my family and friends helped me get to the light.
‘I’m CRYING as I write this. I can’t express how much love I feel for everyone who stood by me, even in my worst times. You know who you are. Thank you and I love you all to the end of the universe.’
Addressing anyone struggling with addiction directly, Frankie added: “Know that you are not alone. There is hope and there is always a way forward. Reach out for help, ask for help and never give up. You are worthy of a beautiful life.”
“To everyone reading this,” he concluded, “thank you for being a part of my journey. Here’s to many more years of health, happiness and sobriety.”
