Ariana Grande broke her silence after the sudden and tragic death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller.
Instead of words, singer No Tears Left To Cry shared a black and white image of the rapper, who died on Friday at age 26 of a drug overdose on Instagram.
The photo seems to have been taken by Ariana, 25, while standing on it while he sits on a piece of grass looking at her.

The Self Care rapper suffered a cardiac arrest in a bedroom at his home outside of Los Angeles around noon Friday, and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene, according to a TMZ report.
In footage shared by one of Miller's fans who emerged on Saturday, the rapper could see himself in a good mood the night before his death while playing the keyboard while broadcasting live on Instagram to the delight of his followers.
After the news of the death of Miller, Ariana's Instagram was filled with comments from trolls accusing her of causing the apparent overdose of her ex-boyfriend.
Ariana ended her two-year relationship in May. Now she is engaged to the SNL star, Pete Davidson.

In less than 10 minutes from the appearance of the initial report, Ariana closed the comment section on her Instagram account, but not after dozens of users posted unpleasant messages like "This is your fault" and "You did this to her".

"Even though the two put an end to their relationship, Ariana always shared a deep connection with Mac and wanted nothing more than the best for him, Ariana is very upset," said one source.
"Despite her division, Ariana had always been in favor of her sobriety," a second source added.
Minutes after reports of Miller's death appeared, Grande's Instagram account was flooded with comments like "this is your fault and you did this to him". The comments section was quickly suspended

Miller helped Ariana overcome her grief after a terror attack at her Manchester concert in May last year. That June she returned to England with her to mount a challenging performance at a tribute concert that she arranged.
The couple remained loved until May of this year when they suddenly separated.
Ariana went to the break in an Instagram story, writing about Miller: "I respect and adore [Malcolm] endlessly and I'm grateful to have it in my life in any way.
Less than a week after the separation, Miller, who had long fought substance abuse and addiction, was arrested for driving drunk after crashing his SUV and fleeing the scene.
After the arrest, Ariana tweeted: "Please take care of yourself."

Ariana was also blamed for Mac's car accident. However, she responded, insisting that she was not his nanny.
