“You know, he has as many jobs as a mother, but mom is still a mom,” the Trainwreck star, 42, said, referring to her husband.

“And I’m sorry, because I really don’t mean for that to be reductionist for the many great parents and especially for same-sex couples raising their children,” continued Schumer, who pulled a raunchy stunt at the Jimmy Buffett tribute, covering his footprints.

‘I think women are great communicators. And when we look at the condition of the world and whatever, it’s like dads don’t throw a birthday party,” she joked. ‘But we’re making them navigate global (issues)… like women are good communicators. Can we bring some women there?

‘And I say that I am the breadwinner of the family. “I’m working,” she said on the Kelly Corrigan Wonders podcast, co-hosted by Christy Turlington, in which they discussed the evolving roles of dads today.

Schumer’s appearance on the podcast is part of the About Your Mother series, which features guests Cindy Crawford, Jennifer Garner and Bono.

The stars tell the stores about their relationships with their mothers and the life lessons they passed on to them.

The series aims to raise $100,000 for Every Mother Counts, the charity Turlington co-founded.

Schumer also delved into her troubled relationship with her own mother after her friend Jennifer Lawrence praised her for how she deals with haters.

The podcast hosts asked her what three words she would have used to describe her mother as a teenager and Amy quickly said “affectionate, narcissistic and inconsistent.”

And today, the Life & Beth star, who stars in the upcoming comedy Kinda Pregnant, said she’d probably use those same three words.

“I have great empathy for all of them and see the same things in myself,” he said.

‘Just know that the expectations and pressure we have on our moms are unrealistic and like a pipe dream. And there’s just no way to do it right,” Schumer added.

On the podcast, the I Feel Pretty star talked about the diaries she had kept as a child and read in her 30s.

“I thought, ‘Oh my God. I was completely brainwashed into worshiping (my mother),'” she exclaimed.

“I was very lucky, I grew up feeling extremely loved and appreciated and seen, and then when I was 30, I questioned all of that, looking back,” she said.

“I don’t hold any anger toward her,” the comedian continued. “I can still feel hurt by her and she can upset me, but it’s like she has a mother, and she has a mother, and everything goes back to the past.”

But at the end of the day she is always there. She is my person. She is my biggest fan.
