Corrale hair straightener

I could spend I’ve spent hours browsing Amazon’s beauty deals (I actually have). The pretty packaging! The fantastic ingredients! The sleek gadgets! This year’s Prime Day beauty deals are a great chance to replenish your favorite products or try something new for less money than usual. But, as with other categories, it can be hard to find the best deals on safe, good products. We’ve sifted through the random supplements and dodgy teeth whitening gels to find the real deals on the products we’ve tested. Be sure to read our list of the best Prime Day deals for more.

We test products throughout the year and carefully select these offerings. We will update this guide periodically throughout the sale event.

I have used the viral Cosrx snail mucin every day for years. I think it makes my skin brighter, more elastic and more hydrated, and it’s pretty affordable too. Snail mucin is on sale On their own, these days, but if you’re looking for a complete skincare regimen, this all-in-one skincare kit is worth picking up. It includes a cleanser, an essence, an (excellent) eye cream, and a moisturizer. Obviously, you shouldn’t use these products if you’re allergic to snails. But if you want soft, hydrated, glowing skin, these travel-sized products are worth the splurge — especially when they’re discounted for Prime Day.

This excellent hair straightener has 1-inch plates and a single temperature option: 365 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has a cool trick up its sleeve… plates: HD Motion-Responsive Technology, which means it delivers even heat distribution based on your styling movements. You’ll do less damage to your hair! It also has rounded styling plates for creating curls easily. If you typically crank up the temperature on your flat iron to the max, the Chronos is worth a try. WIRED reviewer Brenda Stolyar says she was impressed with how quickly she could style her hair, even at a lower temperature than she’d normally use.

More luxury hair tools are on sale today, too. The Dyson AirWrap (8/10, WIRED Recommends) appears in our Curling Iron Buying Guide and on our list of the best viral TikTok gifts. The Amazon-exclusive bundle comes with all the same tools and accessories as the standard 9-piece kit, but it also includes a storage bag and a detangling comb. The Dyson AirWrap has tons of attachments that can be swapped out for different styling techniques. It also has sophisticated automation: Hold a section of hair in the barrel, and it automatically wraps around it. The heat comes from warm air, not hot plates, so the AirWrap is gentler on your strands than traditional curling irons. There are four heat settings, three speeds, and a cool-air button for easier settings. This is an advanced hair tool—there’s a reason your hairdresser probably has an AirWrap at their workstation. But if you can get used to the technique, this is a worthwhile investment.

If our algorithms are even remotely similar, you’ve probably seen ads on social media about the Hatch Restore 2. But we’re happy to say it’s worth the hype. We tested the Hatch Restore 2 and included it in our buying guides for sound machines, sleep devices, and sunrise alarm clocks. It has gorgeous sunrise and sunset simulations, plus a built-in digital clock, and the all-linen design looks chic on your nightstand. There are 18 colors to choose from with varying brightness levels, plus a variety of soundscapes. You can create your own morning and evening routines for further customization. One small sticking point is the Hatch+ Membershipwhich costs $5 per month or $50 per year. The membership unlocks more sounds and music, meditative rest exercises, and sleep stories. We think it’s silly to have to pay for these features considering the investment you’re making in the watch itself, but it will work just fine without them. Overall, this is a good bedroom companion if you want a better sleep routine.

I love this product. I keep it on my nightstand and take it everywhere. The balm is thick, almost sticky, but it melts and absorbs into your lips right away, so they never feel too sticky or heavy. It’s incredibly moisturizing and smells great. Chapped lips? That could never be me. Even in the brutal Midwest winter, even in dusty, sunny festival conditions, even with my nervous vaping and lip-biting habits. Nope. My lips stay soft all year round, and it’s all thanks to this lip mask. It also lasts forever – a little goes a long way. I’m still using the bottle I bought two Prime Days ago. My only drawback is that it’s easy to lose the little spatula included. A cheap lip mask reusable applicator It may work if your fingers are bothered by products.
