He has launched a series of accusations about the teaching methods of his teacher Giovanni Pernice and has described his behaviour as “unnecessary, abusive, cruel and mean”. He denies all the accusations.
The investigation into Giovanni is expected to be completed soon by the BBC after several weeks of investigations.
A source told the publication: ‘Martin has been trying hard to make sure Amanda is okay with everything that’s happened recently. They have two children together so they’ve always stuck together for her sake.
“He was worried and concerned to hear about the things Amanda has been going through. And it’s been really encouraging for Amanda to know that she has Martin’s support.
“She’s been through hell lately and has had to endure death threats and hate messages. She’s been very reliant on her fiancé Jonathan, who has been an absolute rock throughout this whole process.”

This comes after it was reported that Amanda recently handed over more texts with new revelations about Giovanni’s behaviour on Strictly.
It has been claimed that the dramatic intervention has thrown the BBC’s investigation into Giovanni’s professional behaviour into chaos and “changed the course of the investigation”.
The sun Amanda is reported to have come forward with explosive new messages just as the investigation was about to conclude, which apparently show Giovanni “crossed the line of what was acceptable”.
A source told the publication of the new revelations: ‘The investigation is due to conclude this week but has been made more difficult by Amanda’s new revelation.

This comes after Amanda was reportedly questioned by BBC bosses for a second time earlier this week over “rude comments” she claims Giovanni made.
She is said to have been questioned via video call last week as she sat down with two former Met detectives to discuss her allegations about the professional dancer, 33.
They reportedly discussed allegations of sexual comments during rehearsals, as well as “new evidence.” Giovanni has denied all the accusations made against him.

‘It all started very early and when it started happening, I shut down because I recognized those warning signs.

Speaking about her schedule on the show, she said: ‘I went into the rehearsal room every day. I’ve been in rehearsal rooms for 32 years.
‘I know what rehearsal rooms must be like.
‘I don’t care what background you’re from, whether it’s dancing, acting or singing, you have a duty to bring compassion, understanding, sensitivity and kindness to that rehearsal room.
“And that hasn’t been extended to me (Strictly). So I just said I don’t think this is right.”
The update came just after police visited Amanda’s home, as an investigation continues into a chilling death threat sent to the actress.
Metropolitan detectives were alerted on Friday afternoon to a threatening email sent to the north London theatre where Amanda performs.
The actress stars in the new play When It Happens To You at the Park Theatre in Finsbury.
The terrifying email warned her she “should be prepared to die on stage” unless she dropped her complaint about her former Strictly partner Giovanni.
Park Theatre quickly alerted the force, which is taking the threat “very seriously” and is working to “unmask” the person who sent it.
The Sherlock actress has been interviewed by officers twice and the home she shares with her fiancé Jonathan Goodwin was visited by police.
While the Metropolitan Police have not formally identified anyone involved in the investigation, a spokesperson confirmed that officers were called to a theatre in Finsbury Park “following receipt of a suspected malicious communication”.
The spokesman continued: “There have been no arrests, investigations are ongoing.”

A source close to the investigation told MailOnline: ‘Specialist officers have been analysing the email closely over the past 72 hours and now believe they are close to identifying where it was sent from.
‘They are in contact with another force to resolve this problem. They hope that this, in turn, will lead them to the person behind the threat.
Officers have told Amanda they will do everything they can to find out who the person behind the email is.
“They are treating this as a very serious and very credible threat and they want to expose the person behind this.”
