“My message here is to normalize realistic postpartum expectations; I think most women would say it takes anywhere from 6 months to two years to feel emotionally or slightly physically the way they did before giving birth…” she continued.

‘I haven’t bounced anywhere, I’m about to change my movie to ok, let’s go…’ And yes, for many it is difficult to love the new body and accept it, but postpartum is not just about “getting your body back” .

‘Mother Nature just gave you (sic) an amazing experience, enjoy it… And in the meantime… A golden fake tan always makes me feel good!’

It comes after Jules shared a sweet photo of her newborn Carter James, just a month after welcoming her second child with husband Cameron Merchant.

The mother of two, who already shares her three-year-old son Oliver with her 40-year-old partner, posted an intimate photo of her joy on Instagram.

Sharing the photos on her Stories, the former reality TV star was all smiles as she cuddled her four-week-old baby who was sleeping soundly in her arms.

Jules wore a comfy beige sweater as she took the mirror selfie, partially hiding her face behind her little son.

Meanwhile, Carter looked adorable in a white onesie as he snuggled up in the warmth of his doting mother.
