The TikTok user was mocking the ferocious pet as he pulled on the heavy metal gate chain separating him from the canine.
“It’s about time they put a chain on your f—ing boy,” he is heard saying in the video, which has been viewed nearly eight million times on the social media platform.
But the man quickly loses sight of the dog and tries to look behind the fence before the animal unexpectedly appears at his feet.
