TO The sudden onset of acne in the menopause years is infuriatingly common and always disturbing.

The oral medication Roaccutane (isotretinoin) has until now been the gold standard for combating the condition, but not without unpleasant side effects for some people.

But there is an interesting new option, AviClear, which is a laser specifically for controlling even severe acne. It works by targeting the sebaceous glands of the skin and suppressing their activity indefinitely.
