California urologist Dr. Rena Malik said the size of a man's nose could predict the size of his penis.

You know what they say about men with big hands and feet…

Not much, according to a sexual health expert, who says you should look at men’s noses if you want to get a better idea of the size of their penises.

California urologist Dr. Rena Malik recently said on a podcast that there is compelling evidence that men who have larger noses also have larger members.

He also highlighted how young men’s penises today are more than an inch longer than they were just three decades ago.

California urologist Dr. Rena Malik said the size of a man’s nose could predict the size of his penis.

Speaking on the podcast Diary of a CEO, the Veterans Affairs Medical Center expert said: ‘There’s one study, it’s a Japanese study, where they only looked at Japanese men, so there are some limitations, but they essentially measured all of these body parts and penis length.

“And what they found was that nose length was correlated with penis length, not hand length or foot length.”

He probably meant a 2021 Study published in Basic and Clinical Andrology, which included 126 men between 30 and 50 years of age.

Nose size was found to be more closely related to stretched penis length than height or body weight in the survey group.

Other studies have also supported the claim, including a Study 2023 from China, in which 420 men aged between 20 and 56 participated.

Erect penis length was also found to be more closely related to nose size than to ear or testicle size.

Other methods of observing hands and feet have not stood up to scrutiny in scientific studies; researchers suggest instead that the length of a man’s index finger (or first finger) may indicate penis size.

Dr. Malik added during the podcast:While we have seen changes in sperm quality over the past 50 years, we have also seen changes in penis length.

‘And in fact, they have seen that penis length is increasing, and they believe that this is because the onset of puberty is changing and boys are being exposed to factors that cause them to go through puberty earlier.

“And therefore they’re getting more exposure to testosterone and developing longer penises, so it’s kind of an interesting theoretical question.”

A 2023 study from Stanford University that analyzed data on the penises of 55,700 men between 1942 and 2021 found an increase in length over the past three decades.

The meta-analysis found that the average erect penis increased 25 percent in length between 1992 and 2021, from 4.8 to 6 inches.

While many may see this as good news, researchers warned that the sudden change was “worrying” and suggested that “something powerful is happening to our bodies.”

They suggested the increase could be due to chemicals in pesticides and hygiene products interacting with the body’s hormones.

According to surveys, it is believed that around 55 percent of men are dissatisfied with the length of their penis.

But for comparison, surveys show that most couples consider their partner to have the ideal penis length.
