Jason Wiggins, of Los Lunas, New Mexico, was arrested on suspicion of assault and other charges after lashing out at employees with an obscenity-laden tirade and then assaulting five different people, according to a Metropolitan Police Department arrest report.
Michael Boyd, who was with Wiggins, was cited for misdemeanor assault, police said.
Speaking in Spanish, a taco truck worker, Lázaro Alberto Correa, alleged: “They attacked me and my co-workers.”

All of the victims’ identities were redacted from the arrest report.
Wiggins is also facing a charge of resisting an officer because police said he made his body “dead weight” and it fell to the ground when police tried to stop him.
In the post containing the video on the Taqueria Casa del Sabor Instagram account, the company spoke out against the people who started the fight and thanked the customers for their support. He said they won’t move because it’s their home.
