Megan Thee Stallion has reportedly filed a restraining order against Tory Lanez, claiming his psychological torment continues even behind bars.
The 29-year-old rapper filed an application on Tuesday. by TMZdetailing months of torment by Tory, who is currently serving a 10-year sentence in California for shooting at his feet in 2020.
Tory allegedly uses a network of bloggers, including Elizabeth Milagro Cooper, whom Megan sued earlier this year, to spread damaging lies about her, according to court documents obtained by the outlet.
The filing reveals that prison phone records suggest a “coordinated effort” between Tory and Cooper, including a call in which Tory’s father allegedly asked about payments for the harassment campaign.
Megan claims this relentless “psychological warfare” has severely affected her mental health, leaving her depressed and distant from her friends.
In a deeply distressing statement, Megan said that “sometimes I wish Tory would have shot and killed me, if she had known I was going to go through this torture.”

Megan’s attorney, Alex Spiro, accused Gramz of waging a public campaign to “denigrate, belittle, insult and spread false statements” about Megan on Lanez’s behalf.
The blogger is accused of going so far as to share a ‘deepfake pornographic video’ depicting the rapper, whose real name is Megan Pete, a move that Spiro says violates a Florida statute prohibiting ‘altered sexual depictions’. of real people.
In a statement shared with DailyMail.com, Megan said: “It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying, and posting misinformation about my personal and professional life.”

He continued: “This is unacceptable behavior and these people need to understand that there will be repercussions for recklessly publishing defamatory lies and falsehoods.”
In a statement posted to X, Gramz acknowledged the lawsuit and confirmed that she “had been informed that Alex Spiro is suing me on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion.”

In August 2023, Tory was sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Megan in the feet during a drunken argument after a pool party at Kylie Jenner’s house in 2020.
The 32-year-old rapper, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, asked the judge for leniency in a tense Los Angeles courtroom, claiming he still cared for Megan “affectionately.”
However, his statement did not free him from a decade-long sentence, handed down after a dramatic trial that captured the attention of the hip-hop world.
The shooting occurred after an alcohol-fueled altercation in Lanez’s truck, with Megan and her assistant, Kelsey Harris, present.
Megan testified that after a heated argument, she exited the vehicle, only for Lanez to yell ‘Dance, bitch’ and fire five shots at her feet, leaving her with three bullet fragments that required surgery.
At his sentencing, Lanez admitted to making “very immature” comments and revealing “secrets that he shouldn’t have revealed” during the ordeal.
Despite his conviction, he maintained that he still cared about Megan.
In December 2022, a jury convicted Lanez of three felonies: assault with a semi-automatic firearm, grossly negligent discharge of a firearm, and carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle.
The jury also found that Lanez caused “great bodily injury” to Megan, adding harsher penalties to her sentence.
Despite pleading not guilty, Lanez’s actions and his attempt to silence Megan with a $1 million bribe only added fuel to the fire.
