A former US Air Force captain acquitted of kidnapping, drugging and then sexually assaulting a nine-year-old French girl has denied having an indecent image of a child.
Robert Prussak, 57, pleaded not guilty this morning via video link from Wandsworth HMP at Isleworth Crown Court.
The American pilot, who was considered a flight risk and in jail, spoke only to confirm his name and enter his plea.

He will stand trial next year on a single charge of possessing a category A moving image of a child on April 22.
The father-of-two was arrested on October 29, moments after he was acquitted by a jury of kidnapping a schoolgirl outside London’s famous Harrods department store.
Prussia was declared bankrupt when, after a week-long trial at the same court, ‘not guilty’ verdicts were read out on all six charges brought against him.
But as he left the courtroom to celebrate his freedom, Pruissak was dramatically arrested on suspicion of possessing an indecent image of a child.

Jurors had found the pilot not guilty of kidnapping, kidnapping with intent to commit a sexual offense, administering a drug with intent and three charges of sexual assault.
The court heard he was a pilot for the US Air Force for 18 and a half years before becoming a ‘pilot for hire’ so he could visit his daughters more often after divorcing his wife.
He said he was in London in April for a job interview with a private client at the time of his first arrest.
Prussak, from San Diego, California, will stand trial at Isleworth Crown Court on April 28, 2025.
