Big Brother’s Narinder Kaur has told how a violent passenger kicked, punched and verbally abused her on a recent flight.
The radio host added: “Her Air India staff gave me no options to arrest her on landing. Why are there no legal consequences for unruly and violent passengers?
“Why is there a lack of clarity about who has the jurisdiction to sanction the offending passenger: the airline’s country of operation, the country of departure or destination, or the country of citizenship of the passenger?”
In another post, Narinder continued: “I was sleeping… I didn’t know food was served at 4 am… and she could have politely ASKED: Kicking and hitting my seat and verbally abusing me is not acceptable.”
“I didn’t pay a thousand pounds to sit upright for the entire flight… the man in front of me was fully reclined and I had A LOT of room…”
MailOnline has contacted Air India for comment.
Narinder starred on Big Brother in 2001, she was evicted on the 29th and Brian Dowling won the series.
Since his time in the house, Narinder has hosted a show on London’s Lyca Radio and also published a tell-all book about his time in the house titled: Big Brother – The Inside Story in 2007.
He has since appeared on shows including Jeremy Vine, GB News and Talk TV.
Earlier this year, Narinder described her upskirting ordeal as an ‘everyday assault’ after Laurence Fox uploaded an intimate photo of her to social media.

She said the reaction from social media bullies to the photo, believed to have been taken more than a decade ago, made her feel like she was a “laughing stock”.
The successful Good Morning Britain actress used to work with Fox and was left devastated after she shared the image on X on April 30 with her 500,000 followers.
While enjoying a friend’s birthday at the Park Lane hotel in Mayfair, London, with a host of media, including panelists from Jeremy Vine’s show, Narinder was told about the image she described as: “unimaginably mortifying”.
The tweet from Laurence, who changed his acting career to become a political activist, was picked up by Andrew Tate and Tommy Robinson, who are also on the far right of the political spectrum.
Narinder was labeled a ‘slut’ by Laurence’s followers, while Tate questioned whether she was a victim of human trafficking and Robinson brought up her previous Onlyfans page.
talking to The timesShe said: “It’s like being attacked every day, every time I tweet or go online, being insulted over and over again to the point that I either get off social media completely, but that’s part of my job. , or I move on.” .’
‘I didn’t want to be a victim and I’m trying not to think it’s my fault.
“I may not have had the right underwear on that night, more than a decade ago, and I was worried the seam would show through the dress.
‘Now I think, why did I do that? Why have I put myself at risk? But also, why do I have to justify this?
Narinder complained to the police after his friends told him the image was online.
She praised the police’s quick response, within 20 minutes of filing the complaint, but has since been frustrated by the delays in the case, adding that she feels “cheated.”
After the complaint was made, a Met Police spokesperson said: “We have become aware of a social media post regarding an upskirting offense and are currently investigating the circumstances.”
No suggestion is made that Laurence has committed a crime.
Following the publication of her article in The Times, Narinder today expressed her feelings on the matter in a series of tweets, in which she said she felt “humiliated.”
She wrote: ‘What Laurence Fox did to me was humiliating. Since then, every day it’s like I’ve been attacked.’

Shortly after she added: “Whether I wear panties or not is my choice.” Whether I have an OF (Only Fans) account or not is my choice. What is not my choice is that they put my skirts up and that certain men use that image to humiliate me on their platform.’
There was outrage after Laurence posted the photo he deleted, having initially stood by his decision to upload it saying: ‘It’s not my fault he forgot to put his pants on.’
Adding: ‘I didn’t take the photo and I didn’t forget to put my pants on. Keep running.’
But many supported Narinder and expressed similar feelings of shock and outrage.
