Shocking video shows a group of Tennessee police officers brutally beating a man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend at a charity walk.
Jackson Hopper, 26, was accused of shooting Ellie Young, 22, inside his Jeep after she participated in the breast cancer awareness walk at Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, Tennessee.

Sheriff Brian Kelley of the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office shared a public notice on Facebook addressing the footage and stating that an internal affairs investigation will be conducted.
Kelley stated that any officer misconduct will be investigated through review of body-worn and vehicle-mounted cameras, reports, witness statements and “any other available resources.”
He further added that the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office “never tolerates staff misconduct” but that they “understand that all sources of information must be evaluated before conclusions are drawn.”
The University of Tennessee student and Hopper (pictured in court Monday) had recently broken up. He has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.
Hopper allegedly pulled up behind Young’s parked car and fired two shots at her vehicle before firing another bullet as she lay on the ground, where she was pronounced dead at the scene.
