Meghan Markle has been criticized for her decision-making when it comes to selecting projects and taking career steps. Tina Brown, former editor-in-chief of vanity fairshared his candid thoughts about Meghan during an appearance on The Ankle Podcastwhere he did not hold back in his assessment.
“The problem with Meghan is that she has the worst judgment of anyone in the world. She is perfect at doing everything wrong. Unfortunately, all of her ideas are complete bullshit,” Brown commented, expressing her disappointment with the Duchess of Sussex’s choices.
Brown further commented on Prince Harry’s role in the situation, implying that he has been blindly following Meghan’s lead. “(Harry is) the lamb to the slaughter in this situation. And he just followed her blindly, like he was a child, really.” he added.
Amid this harsh criticism, royal expert Jennie Bond offered a different perspective on Meghan’s future, especially surrounding rumors of a possible memoir. talking to daily expressBond noted that although Meghan has been linked with writing a tell-all book, he believes Meghan has taken a more measured approach in recent years.
“It’s been more than two years since she gave that interview (to Oprah) and she’s stayed away from the Royal Family controversy ever since,” Bond explained. She acknowledged the existence of a diary that Meghan previously mentioned, which some speculate could be used as a form of “revenge” if she decides to write a memoir.
However, Bond believes Meghan is focusing on the future, rather than thinking about the past. “I think she looks forward, not back, and moves on with her life. “So I don’t think we should raise false alarms about any possible memoir,” he added, suggesting that Meghan is likely to continue to stay away from royal controversies.
The contrasting opinions highlight current speculation about Meghan’s future plans and their impact on Prince Harry’s life and career. While some see her making questionable decisions, others believe she has shown restraint and is moving forward with dignity.
