This comes after the news that Rosie O’Donnell will be joining the cast of And Just Like That for the show’s upcoming third season.
The 62-year-old comedian and actress, who has racked up acting credits in classic films like Suddenly Susan, as well as television roles on shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm, will play a new character called Mary in the Sex and the City sequel.
Rosie revealed the news on Instagram by posting a photo of the script, which she captioned: “Here comes Mary #andjustlikethat @hbo.”
The script’s release also revealed that Rosie will appear in the season three premiere, titled ‘Outlook Good.’
It has sparked speculation that Rosie will play the love interest of Cynthia Nixon’s character, Miranda Hobbs.
