Dani Behr showed off her washboard abs in a pink sports bra as she shared a grueling video from her morning workout on Thursday.

The 90s TV star, 53, revealed the secret to her anti-aging figure and how she maintains her toned physique.

Dani shared that she managed to keep her body “tight and high” thanks to cardio dance classes.

The breakfast host wowed in her sexy pink sportswear ensemble, teamed with black and white trainers.

Captioning her post, she wrote: “I’m always asked what I do to keep things tight and high and my secret weapon for ten years has been Dance Cardio!”

Dani is known for being a TV presenter who starred in The Word and The Big Breakfast in the 90s, during which time she was a favorite in lad’s magazines.

In 2022, viewers were stunned when Dani, who now works in real estate, appeared on Lorraine, showing off her glamorous Hollywood makeover.

Dani spoke to Christine Lampard, who was replacing Lorraine, live from Los Angeles where she now lives, to give her the latest Hollywood gossip.

Dani sported her signature blonde hair, thick-rimmed glasses and a pink top as she stood in for Ross King.

Viewers tweeted to say they couldn’t believe how unrecognizable she looked.

Dani – whose father is a real estate agent, is a regular face on the reality TV show Million Dollar Listing LA.

Dani, mother of Coco, 19, and Zane, 16, moved to Los Angeles around 20 years ago and revealed in 2014 that her marriage to restaurateur Carl Harwin was over.

She dated Ryan Giggs from 1994 to 1995.

She said Hello! at the time: “We had been married for almost nine years and had been separating for some time.

“We moved to Costa Rica and Australia, and because Carl worked crazy hours, he would often get home at 11 p.m. and leave before the kids and I woke up the next morning.

“It was very isolating. From the beginning, I was like a single parent.

The stunner also presented game show Ice Warriors and appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! In 2008.
