The international team was unable to stop the United States on Thursday. The United States couldn’t stop the internationals on Friday. But Mother Nature put them both in their place Saturday morning, delaying the entire tournament with a blanket of thick fog. The tournament was delayed more than an hour and resumed at 9 a.m. Eastern Time.

Fog closed out proceedings with only two of the day’s four four-ball matches on the field. Scottie Scheffler and Collin Morikawa of the United States split the first hole with Adam Scott and Taylor Pendrith of the internationals. Tony Finau and Xander Schauffele of the United States had only played against Corey Connors and Mackenzie Hughes of the internationals.

On Saturday there will also be four-a-side matches in the afternoon. Sunday will feature all the players in individual matches to determine who wins the Presidents Cup.
