Zoe spends the closing period with her retired rugby star husband Paul Doran-Jones, 35, and their two children, Luna, three, and Kit, two.

The loving mother recently said that her first few weeks of motherhood were a “terrifying” experience.

Speaking of Sky Sunrise, she said, “It’s a terrifying time. You have been growing a human for almost 10 months and then you leave the hospital and you have a stranger in your own house that you should bond with and breastfeed.

“You feel very isolated, very lonely and the tears come. Talking is very important because we all need a big hug and know that the end is in sight. ‘
