NEW YORK (AP) — Zendaya is sparking engagement speculation after wearing a huge diamond on her left ring finger during the Golden Globes.
Representatives of Zendaya and her longtime partner, Tom Holland, did not respond to requests for comment from The Associated Press on Monday, a day after the Emmy winner, 28, attended the telecast at the Beverly Hilton.
Zendaya, the breakout star of “Euphoria” and “Challengers” who appeared on the red carpet in a Louis Vuitton dress, has long been linked to Holland since they played love interests in 2017’s “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” Holland was not at Sunday’s Globes.
TO The Los Angeles Times journalist seemed to confirm Something was up when she held up her engagement ring and pointed at it, and Zendaya responded by showing off her own bling on her left hand. The journalist then asked if the actor was engaged and “she continued showing her ring, smiled shyly and shrugged her shoulders mysteriously.”
Another clue was that Bulgari, for which the “Dune” star is an ambassador, provided the jewelry on Zendaya’s carpet (a necklace, a ring on her right hand and earrings), but a press release did not mention the ring in his left ring finger.
