Rue, Cassie, Lexi, Maddy and the rest of the young Euphoria team are leaving high school behind as the hit HBO drama series finally returns for the long-awaited third season.
Leading lady Zendaya confirmed the previously reported news that the show will do a time jump with the story, bringing the main group to life after high school.

While Zendaya (born Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman) is limited in what she could reveal publicly about what fans can expect in the new episodes, she let it be known that it will be exciting.

HBO announced news of the time jump, which would take the young character beyond high school, and the return of most of the “same main cast” in June.

The following February, the series was renewed for a third season, but filming was halted due to 2023 Hollywood labor disputes and the unexpected deaths of Cloud and executive producer Kevin Turen.
