In addition to tagging the magazine’s Instagram profile, they also linked to a new profile of Zendaya’s film character, Tashi Duncan.
‘Are you ready to see @therealtashiduncan on her first magazine cover???? The inaugural cover of @challengersmagazine is out tomorrow,’ Roach wrote earlier with the other cover.
Zendaya, who co-chairs the Met Gala this year, posed as Tashi, wearing an Annie’s Ibiza pearl satin dress with a strapless corset.
The long skirt opened at the front, showing off her gorgeous legs in a pair of matching Louboutin heels.
She posed with a tennis racket and balls while wearing some Bulgari jewelry.
“Tashi Duncan is in a league of her own, dominating tennis beyond the court through business, fashion, philanthropy and much more,” reads an excerpt from the article “She Is in Charge,” which Roach shared with instagram.
Tashi’s Insta also posted the session, which she called ‘an honor‘ in the title.
‘I had the pleasure of being styled by the incredible @luxurylaw for @challengersmagazine. More coming soon,” the fictional character wrote in another mail.
For the shoot, Zendaya also wore a green sequin Hui dress, a strapless blue Vivienne Westwood dress, a preppy Longchamp ensemble, and more.
Challengers follows Tashi, a retired tennis professional who coached her husband Art (Mike Faist) to Grand Slam status after an injury sidelined her from the sport.
Most recently, Zendaya wore an elegant dress by Greek designer Celia Kritharioti that was intricately embellished with the film’s poster.
