Zendaya arrives at JFK International Airport with co-stars Timothee Chalamet and Austin Butler after promoting Dune Part 2 in South Korea

Zendaya and her Dune 2 co-stars Timothée Chalamet and Austin Butler touched down at New York’s JFK International Airport on Friday after promoting the film in South Korea.

The actress, 27, stayed comfortable during her international travels, wearing an oversized camel coat over a black shirt, pants and matching boots.

The Euphoria star shielded her eyes with a pair of black sunglasses and wore her brunette hair slicked back in a bun.

She carried a large white pillow in her hand which surely helped her catch up on some much-needed sleep after a busy promotional schedule.

Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend Timothée, 28, stayed warm in a two-tone sweatshirt, jeans and white sneakers.

The Call Me By Your Name star kept her mouth protected with a black mask and wore silver Apple headphones during the flight.

Meanwhile, Elvis star Austin, 32, looked cool as always in a black jacket and matching pants, along with white Vans and a navy hat.

The trio has been busy on a promotional tour for the upcoming film.

On Thursday, Zendaya rocked another sensational, futuristic outfit as she joined Timothée and Austin at the premiere of Dune: Part Two in Seoul, South Korea.

She showed off her long legs in a figure-hugging gray skirt adorned with a luminous pattern resembling a circuit board.

She paired it with a matching zip-up jacket with the same fluorescent details, which sparkled as she posed for the cameras.

Zendaya and Timothée also wore matching futuristic pastel jumpsuits at a press conference in South Korea on Wednesday.

The film takes place immediately after the first one ended, when Paul Atreides and his mother Lady Jessica joined forces with Chani and the rest of the desert-dwelling Fremen to take revenge on the evil House Harkonnen, whose members have killed most of their family and friends. .

The films are based on Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel of the same name, were first released to critical and commercial success in March 2021, and won six Academy Awards.

Timothée leads the cast as the messianic figure Paul, while Zendaya plays Chani, a member of the Fremen, native inhabitants of Arrakis.

Austin has joined the cast of the sequel, playing Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen, a ruthless, trained assassin who is Paul’s rival to take control of Arrakis.

Early reviews are already starting to pour in for the film ahead of its March 1 release, and so far they’re even better than the first installment.

Dune: Part 2 has already earned an incredible 97% from 112 reviews and up Rotten tomatoes.

And many critics praised the film’s gigantic scope, including rolling rocks David Fear, who said: ‘Villeneuve has outdone himself.

“More importantly, it has done justice to the scope, scale and sheer rarity of the back half of a smoker-lit touchstone without, pun intended, sanding its edges.”

Variety’s Peter Debruge admitted that splitting the film into two halves was a “huge gamble” that somehow paid off.

While the 2021 film established the world, the second part added, “it moves from the world-building thrills of the 2021 original to a meaty, all-encompassing narrative.”

In addition to Timothée and Zendaya, the sequel also sees the return of stars Dave Bautista (Beast Rabban), Javier Bardem (Stiglar), Josh Brolin (Gurney Hallack) and Rebecca Ferguson (Lady Jessica).

The second part also has its fair share of newcomers, including Austin, and is also joined by Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken and Anya Taylor-Joy.

The film was originally scheduled to be released in late October 2023, before being delayed until November and finally delayed until March of this year following dual writer and actor strikes.

After multiple delays, it will now hit theaters on March 1, 2024.
