The carol concert has become a festive fixture in recent years thanks to Kate Middleton, who organizes the event.

Late last month, Zara was reported to have revealed some details about how the royals are spending the festive season.
Royal watchers took to Instagram to praise the mother of three’s looks, with one proclaiming that she “stole” the show.

Attending the Battle of the Commentators charity lunch at Evolution London in Battersea Park on November 27, the mother-of-three was said to have shed light on how they enjoy the royal holiday.
She is said to have shared how they keep up with both traditions and more modern elements, including a surprising gift-giving custom that involves the whole family.
According to a source, Zara confirmed the long-suspected tradition of a gala dinner on Christmas Eve, where King Charles and Queen Camilla usually host their family in Sandringham, Norfolk.
And apparently it’s not just the youngest members of the family who get a stocking, but even the oldest royals wake up to a bag of festive goodies on the big day.
According to a source, Zara said during the event: ‘We give each other gifts on Christmas Eve. “We adults still have stockings on Christmas Day,” he reported. Hello!.
When asked if even her late grandparents, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, would wear stockings on Christmas Day, Zara replied: “Of course.”
Royal watchers heaped praise on Zara, with some using words like “fantastic” and “fabulous” to describe her appearance.
Accompanied by her loving husband Mike Tindall, 46, Zara regularly attends Sandringham’s Christmas celebrations.
The couple are regularly seen making the annual walk to St Mary Magdalene Church, where the family attends a service on Christmas Day.
In previous years, the couple brought their two daughters, Mia, ten, and Lena, six, although the youngest, Lucas, three, has yet to enjoy his first outing on Christmas Day.
In previous years, the adorable young Tindalls stole the show alongside their cousins Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Since becoming king, Charles, 76, appears to have made efforts to adhere to royal traditions. However, in recent years the royals have allowed for an even bigger celebration: Queen Camilla, 77, also invited her children and grandchildren to Sandringham.
