Zara explained that she hopes her documentary will be shown at school to teach them about toxic behaviors from a young age.
Sharing a snapshot in front of a sunset, Zara wrote: “I am so grateful to be able to use my platform to be able to make documentaries and make a difference in this world.”
‘We have been working behind the scenes for almost a year creating a documentary series that looks at the impact of bullying on victims who are experiencing it right now.
‘I really hope this is another series that can be shown in schools as part of an educational piece about toxic behaviors.
‘This is a great passion for me. I wish there were more documentaries about violence against women when I was in school.
‘I truly believe that by educating young people while they are in adolescence, we can begin to eradicate behaviors before they reach adulthood. “I really hope this documentary makes a difference.”
While Zara seemed to be moving forward, Sam opened up about her “hardest” and super stressful year.
On his latest Staying Relevant podcast with friend Pete Wicks, Sam hinted that 2024 was pretty tough amid the breakup as he looked back on the past 12 months.

In the episode, the friends made plans for 2025, and Sam gushed about his plans to expand his podcast and break more world records.
But when Pete asked him to reflect on 2024, Sam seemed to hint at tough times, replying: “This year has probably been the best year of my life so far, I would say.” “The most difficult year, because a lot of things have happened, it has been very stressful.”
However, he later commented that the year had been a blessing amidst career opportunities, adding: “But the year I’ve been most grateful for my absolute mile.”
The star went on to list the things he had been grateful for over the past year and mentioned his stint on This Morning, his radio show and his podcast, however he did not mention his ex-girlfriend of five years.
Continuing to reflect on 2024 and leaving out Zara’s involvement, Sam added: “Career-wise, it’s been the best year ever, so it’s incredible…
‘In terms of life, on a slightly more somber note, my sister’s health… she’s improved, which is great, I’m very, very grateful for that. In terms of family and so on, everything is fine, everyone is healthy and happy, which is really nice.
‘My nephew is great, we have a nice little bond. He’s getting to the age of Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings, and that’s where I come in!’
He also added that his best friend’s appearance on Strictly Come Dancing had been a highlight.
The snap comes hours after Zara revealed her next career move following her split from her longtime partner, Sam.

Zara also took a secret trip to Paris for New Years as she takes some time for herself after the breakup.
He wrote: ‘My best friend and soulmate… some would say my person. I’m afraid you’re stuck with me forever. Happy Birthday. I love you so much and wow have I missed you for the last month! Here’s to another incredible year with you.”
However, fans have now taken to the comments to say that it was his lack of action that led to the couple splitting, as they said Sam should have asked Zara to marry him.
They wrote: ‘In the words of Beyoncé. If you like it then you should put a ring on it’; Let us propose, no time like the present; Dude, buy him an FFS ring;
‘If she’s going to be with you forever, why not put a ring on her? What are you waiting for? Put a ring on that finger.’
