While promoting the first Shazam! film, which is part of the DC Universe, Zachary candidly discussed the punishing outfit.

“The suit is very, very tight,” the Louisiana resident said during an interview with… Collider. “To be honest, I can only put number 1 in it.”

Zachary went on to explain, “They have to take the whole thing off to drop a deuce and that’s annoying.”

But he bothered to say, ‘But these are the prices you pay to be a superhero? Damn sign me up. It is awesome. It is awesome.

Shazam! Fury Of The Gods was originally set to release on April 1, 2022, but the coronavirus pandemic intervened.

It was first pushed back seven months to a November 2022 release date, and has since been pushed back again to June 2023.

The sequel is written by Henry Gayden and directed by David F. Sandberg – the same people who held these positions on the first Shazam!.

Asher Angel, 18, plays the teen whose alter ego Shazam can be seen in both the original film and its upcoming sequel.

Writer Billy Parker and artist CC Beck conceived Shazam as a character for Fawcett Comics in 1939 and he eventually became a DC Comics superhero.

Shazam is also known as Captain Marvel, but should not be confused with Marvel Comics’ Captain Marvel, who was recently played on-screen by Brie Larson.
