Zac Brown is reportedly suing his ex-wife of four months, Kelly Yazdi, after they suddenly split in December.
And the 45-year-old singer wants a judge to force the 33-year-old model to delete an Instagram post that he says hurt him.
According to court documents obtained by TMZZac has said that the publication violates the confidentiality agreements he signed.
She reportedly believes the temporary restraining order will force her to hit the delete button.
It is not known which publication has offended him. Most of his posts show his body in a bikini, from his vacations or from his hunting of wild animals.
It has also been claimed that Brown asked the judge to prevent the model from making “false, defamatory or harmful statements,” the site said.

At this point, it does not appear that the court has approved the request, the site also stated.
The rocker and the model married in August and separated in December and shared a joint statement asking for privacy.

“As we navigate this personal matter, we simply ask for privacy during this time.”
The news comes after the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Coweta County, Georgia, in late August.
It is not known when he asked the question.
“He proposed to me in Hawaii a while ago,” a source told People in December 2022. “It was very intimate and the couple kept it private.”

Fans began gossiping about relationship problems when Kelly deleted her Instagram account late last year.
After reactivating it, she deleted Brown from her timeline, deleted all of his photos, and even unfollowed the Zac Brown Band singer.
The divorce is the second for Brown.
In 2018, Brown and his then-wife Shelly revealed they were going their separate ways after 12 years of marriage.
