YouTube sensation IShowSpeed has declared that “it’s all real” after WWE Superstar Randy Orton hit him with an “RKO” at WrestleMania.
The online star, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr., appeared at WWE’s showcase event as part of the United States Championship match on Sunday night.
Dressed as a PRIME bottle, he accompanied current champion, and energy drink brand owner, Logan Paul to the ring as he took on WWE heavy hitters Kevin Owens and Randy Orton.
Later, during the match, the teenager stood ringside to support Paul, but couldn’t resist getting involved. Interfering in the fight, much to the chagrin of multi-time champion Orton.
Orton proceeded to end IShowSpeed’s night by stripping him of his bright blue bottle costume, then lifting him onto a table and performing his signature move known as ‘RKO’.

The YouTuber claimed that in WWE “everything is real” but assured fans that he is fine after the RKO.

IShowSpeed has since taken to social media to address the incident, where he described the amount of pain he feels after the match and stated that WWE is very real.
He said, “I got RKOed by Randy Orton and to be honest… it’s all real, man.” Right now I have a headache, my neck is screwed up, very stiff and mostly cramped. I’m sick, bad breath.
“I’ll be in the hospital for like a day, but I’m not dead and I’ll be fine.” I got an RKO from Randy Orton and I’m suffering a lot.’
Fortunately, his small role in the title match was not in vain, as Logan Paul successfully retained the US title he has held since October, when he defeated WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio in Saudi Arabia at Crown Jewel.
This isn’t the first time Paul has gotten his social media friends in trouble during his successful transition to becoming a WWE Superstar.
Earlier this month, his PRIME partner and popular UK YouTuber and boxer KSI attended SmackDown to help announce a new sponsorship for the beverage brand and WWE, but left the building in the same manner as IShowSpeed.
He was also on the end of an RKO by The Viper in the build-up to Paul’s match with the WWE legend.
He accompanied Paul to the ring dressed as a bottle of the social media star’s drinks brand.
Last month the British YouTube star also suffered at the hands of Randy Orton and an RKO.
Paul’s victory was just one part of an epic WrestleMania weekend, described as one of the biggest and best events in the company’s history.
Not only did it break several earnings records across the board, but it also culminated with Cody Rhodes ending Roman Reigns’ three-year reign as WWE Champion by defeating him to win the title.
The main event match also featured appearances from Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, as well as WWE icons John Cena and Undertaker.
