This is the horrifying moment a man in Magaluf tells a young undercover journalist that “being 15 doesn’t count as a holiday” and jokes about wanting to inspect her hymen.
Journalists Ellie Flynn and Emily Birtley used hidden cameras for new Channel 4 film ‘Magaluf Undercover: Predators and Parties’ to expose the predatory underbelly of the Majorcan tourist hotspot.
The pair spent time in the infamous Punta Ballena ‘party zone’, where they pretended to be drunk to see if the men would try to take advantage of their state.
In one particularly disturbing scene, they were filmed talking to a couple of men outside a hotel bar when Emily, who is actually in her twenties, said she was only 15 and on her first holiday with friends.
One of the men began flirting with Emily, prompting his friend to call him a “nonce.”
He immediately replied: ‘It’s okay bro, we’re on vacation, it doesn’t count… it doesn’t matter if he’s 15, it doesn’t count.’
The girls played along, clearly hoping he was joking, but the man then made an outrageous statement. “If her hymen is full, I’ll know…” he said.
At first he tried to hide it and laughed when the journalists, clearly bewildered, insisted.
But moments later he doubled down: ‘I said, I want to see if he has a fully developed hymen or not!’

The documentary exposed the predatory behavior to which women in Magaluf are subjected
The goosebump-inducing incident was just one of many that unfold in the documentary as Ellie and Emily are repeatedly approached by men who want to take advantage of them.
Another disturbing scene captured the moment local men blatantly took advantage of Ellie as she pretended to be passed out on a sun lounger, forcing her to call security to escape.
In the clip, a man can be seen approaching the British reporter, who hides her face in her hands in an attempt to appear drunk.
‘Hey, are you okay? I’m sorry, are you okay?’ he asked Ellie as he leaned over her.
The journalist proceeded to tell her that he was fine, but instead of leaving her alone, he asked her if she wanted to “talk a little.”
The interaction takes a dark turn when Ellie shook her head, to which the man responded, “You’re my last chance.” Do you want to kiss a little?’
Ellie told him no again, and the man walked away momentarily, only to tell his friend that “she’s completely drunk,” to which his friend responded, “Let’s go for it!” Let’s go for it.’
‘If you want, I can keep you company,’ the friend said after approaching Ellie and sitting next to her on the sun lounger. ‘Where are you from?’ he asked.
Ellie then stood up and explained in her narration of the film how she felt “really scared,” despite having a camera crew and security watching her.
Journalist Ellie Flynn went undercover in the new film ‘Magaluf Undercover: Predators and Parties’ to expose the ‘predatory underbelly’ of the Majorcan tourist hotspot, in which she pretended to be a drunken reveler alone on a beach.
Shocking footage showed how a group of men blatantly took advantage of Ellie and attempted to take advantage of her.

She was seen asking for help and a security guard ran to her rescue and took her away.
“Sorry, that scared me… I didn’t see that coming,” Ellie stated, relieved.
“I had seen the first two together, but the sudden appearance of another and having no idea at the time if they were together, was enough for me to notify security so they could remove me.”
Ellie went on to describe how she felt as if she had “experienced an orchestrated attempt to attack drunk women alone on a night out in Magaluf.”
But his terrifying encounter with the three men on the beach was not an isolated event.
For three days, Ellie, accompanied by a film crew while she disguised herself as a drunken reveler, secretly filmed in nightclubs, on the Strip and on Magaluf beach after dark.
The team documented several sinister cases in which Ellie was followed and harassed by men.
The documentary also revealed that 48 cases of rape in Magaluf were reported to the police in 2023 alone.
Things take a dark turn when a man asks a seemingly drunk Ellie: ‘Do you want to kiss us a little?’
The man who first approached Ellie approaches his friend and informs her that she is drunk. ‘Let’s go for it!’, replies his friend, before approaching Ellie himself.
The second man approaches Ellie and sits next to her on the chaise lounge, a moment that she later said left her scared.
Ellie is then forced to ask a waiting security guard for help.
Ellie said she noticed a “pattern” in the behavior of some men at the party venue.
One night, Ellie said a group of men watched her for ten minutes as she collapsed outside a fast food store before one of them told her he had a car.
“Why would this man, who has been watching me for several minutes and can see that I am apparently drunk, trying to get me into a vehicle?” she wrote in The Sun.
“He repeatedly asked me why I was alone, where my companions were, and suggested he could help me, all while telling me that I’m beautiful and that I’m much closer than I’m comfortable with.”
But it’s not just the upcoming Channel 4 documentary that details the tendency of women to be attacked in Magaluf.
During the summer, several cases of rape were reported in this tourist location.
A British tourist was allegedly raped by a man twice her age who intercepted her as she returned to her holiday apartment after a drunken night out with friends in Magaluf.
Another British woman was raped and assaulted on a beach after being separated from her friends in the party area of the Punta Ballena resort.
The suspect is said to have picked her up and taken her to the beach, where he allegedly raped her before stealing her mobile phone.
The Majorcan region of Calvià, where Magaluf is located, has the highest number of reports of sexual assaults per inhabitant in all of Spain.
This party spot on the Spanish island of Mallorca is famous for its drinking culture, which is often perpetrated by foreign tourists, particularly British and Germans.
