It is believed that they met five years ago when the head of a web design agency, Robert, helped Amanda and her ex-husband get an online presence for their farming business.
A source said: “Amanda and Robert have known each other for many years – long before she split.
“Now he travels everywhere with her and they seem to have become inseparable.”
A representative for Amanda has been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
Amanda confirmed that she split from her husband of 21 years, Clive, 68, last summer, but with nine kids and a 2,000-acre farm between them, the estranged couple still has a lot going for them.

Before confirming their split last summer, Neighbors revealed to MailOnline that Amanda had moved from the farm to their rental property down the road in Swaledale, while Clive was staying at the farm.
Amanda has since returned to the ranch, she revealed in an interview this month with Sunday times She and Clive have “essentially two adjacent farms, so it’s close enough to be useful, but far enough away to give us space.”

“Whatever our personal situation, there is a farm to run and nine children to take care of, so we work together to make it happen.”
Speaking to the Radio Times recently, Amanda gave her sobering perspective on the split: “Look, there are two simple truths: If he thought I was cool, and I thought he was cool, we wouldn’t break up,” she noted.
‘It’s true, isn’t it?’ But, you know, that’s not unique, it’s just how it goes, the pressures, and all the rest.
“But we have nine kids, with attached boyfriends, girlfriends, and we just have to keep up.”
Late last year, Clive’s new show Beyond The Yorkshire Farm: Reuben and Clive premiered and saw him launch his earthworks with his son.
