Wynonna Judd’s troubled daughter has been arrested for exposing her breasts and “lower body” on a busy Alabama highway.
Grace Pauline Kelley, 27, is being held at the Elmore County Jail in Wetumpka, Alabama, and has been charged with indecent exposure and obstruction of government operations.
