Winona Judd and Ashley McBride spent their Friday rehearsing for the upcoming CMT Awards in Austin, Texas.
The two country music stars took to the stage together to rehearse before their performance at country music’s biggest night on April 2.
Wynonna, 58, performed at the CMT Awards in 2022, which will end up being her last ever live performance with her mother, Naomi Judd, who died on April 30, 2022, after taking her own life due to her ongoing battle with mental illness.
For the rehearsal, the No One Else On Earth singer wore a simple black T-shirt under a lightweight cardigan and black jeans.
She wore her auburn hair naturally and let her bangs fall straight across her forehead.

Jamal is accessorized with a large crucifix that hangs down her belly and wears a simple wedding band on her left ring finger.
Next to her, Ashley, 39, wore a black one-sleeved bodysuit that revealed an abundance of tattoos on her arm and chest.
The One Night Standards hitmaker tucked the bodysuit into the waistband of her jeans.
She also wore a pair of brown cowboy boots and opted for no accessories for her time on stage.
The beauty styled her dark hair into thick curls that fell around her shoulders and she applied a light layer of makeup to her face.
The pair worked on their performance together, which included using a smoke machine and even holding hands and holding hands together while singing.
Wynonna was originally part of the mother-daughter duo The Judds with her mother, Naomi, who has had a very successful music career.

This performance with McBryde will not be her first public performance since her mother’s death.
The Grammy-winning duo had planned their last tour before Naomi’s death, and Wynonna decided to carry on without her late mother.
The mother-of-two said, ‘I have to admit, I’ve had an incredible, wonderful opportunity to heal from all of this, crying and saying things on stage that I’ll never say again.’ Hollywood Reporter.
This is a whole other level of depth, which I wasn’t expecting. I knew it was going to be intense, but this is literally, “Oh my God,” I continued.
“This is me with as open a broken heart as I will ever be, and other people responding to that in a way I wouldn’t have expected.”
Naomi’s battle with mental illness becomes intense after the Goodes stop touring, leaving her unable to get off the couch for two years and seek ECT for help.
Winona said she initially thought the performances would be a memorial to her mother, and was surprised to hear her fans sing along to the songs and pay tribute to her mother through the joy of a concert.
I realized that these people sing every word, and I’m serious. It was very noisy at times. I didn’t sing. And I was standing away from the microphone. I’ll literally take a step back and go, “Whoa.” She said.

She described the experience – referring to the mobile phone lights that people waved in place of lighters – as “light therapy”.
“I’m glad I attended – ’cause it changed my life.” She said, “You changed my life forever.”
