Hulk Hogan has expressed serious concerns about Mike Tyson’s upcoming fight against Jake Paul, claiming the YouTuber-turned-boxer could “kill” Iron Mike during their November bout.
Hogan, a close friend of Tyson and a legendary figure in professional wrestling, is concerned that the significant age difference between the 58-year-old and the 27-year-old, combined with Tyson’s recent health problems, could make the fight dangerous for the boxing icon.
Hogan expressed these concerns during a recent podcast appearance.referring to Paul as “too strong” and “scary,” before claiming the YouTuber-turned-boxer could “kill” Tyson in the ring.
Hogan’s comments come after initial concerns over Tyson’s health given the fight was initially scheduled to take place in July but was postponed after Iron Mike suffered a medical scare in May.
The 58-year-old man suffered nausea and dizziness during a flight from Miami to Los Angeles, forcing the cabin crew to ask passengers if there was a doctor on board to assist him.

Hogan is concerned that the significant age difference between the 58-year-old and the 27-year-old, combined with Tyson’s recent health problems, could make the fight dangerous.
However, Iron Mike remains adamant that he is more than capable of competing against Paul and insists there is nothing to worry about in terms of his health ahead of the fight.
However, Hogan said while speaking on Logan Paul’s Impulsive podcast: “Your brother (Jake Paul) is too strong.” He went on to add: “Last night (in the Mike Perry fight), as soon as I saw him set the guy up with his left to throw the right, I was like ‘oh my God’… I mean, really, it was scary. I love Mike to death, I don’t want him to kill Mike, Jesus.”
The wrestling icon continued: ‘Mike is a snake, he will come out to get you, but if you attack him you can suffocate him.’
Reports earlier this week indicated that Tyson He will only be assessed the day before his fight with Paul despite ongoing concerns over the 58-year-old’s health.
The fight between Tyson and Paul was due to take place in July, but just two months after the bout was announced, the two men were forced to postpone the event.
In May, Mike suffered a medical issue which caused the showdown in Texas to be derailed. However, a new date was later agreed upon for November 15.

Tyson is confident the fight will go ahead as planned and insists he is ready to dismantle Paul despite suffering a medical emergency during a flight from Miami to Los Angeles earlier this year.
Therefore, there is a high risk that the fight will be cancelled just 24 hours before Iron Mike returns to the ring.
The result of the evaluation could cause the fight to go from being professional to an exhibition or even be cancelled.
