Kyle Sandilands revealed his body weight live on The Kyle and Jackie O show on Tuesday.
The radio king, 52, and co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson were discussing body mass index (BMI), a measure of body fat based on height and weight.
“I weigh 126 kilos of meat,” he proudly proclaims.
Then, a producer from The Kyle and Jackie ‘O’ Show revealed the ‘healthy’ BMI for a man his height.
“For a 6ft 1 man, he should weigh between 75kg and 91kg,” he said.

“I weigh 126 kilos of meat,” he proudly proclaims. He is pictured last month with his wife Tegan and his son Otto last month.
Despite the shocking revelation, Kyle said he has no plans to start working out.
“Then you have to go to the gym and, ugh, it’s too much.” Nobody gives a damn about any of that. Nobody,’ she exclaimed.
“Well, actually that’s not true, most people believe it,” he added.
The radio king’s weight has fluctuated over the years. He is pictured on the left at the 2005 Australian Idol final and on the right at the 2017 ARIA Awards.
Earlier this year, Kyle was forced to deny rumors that he was taking Ozempic after losing some weight.
Accusations of Ozempic use were leveled at the radio king by his own newscaster Brooklyn Ross.
“My mom asked me if you’re on Ozempic, Kyle,” the producer said on live radio, eliciting a laugh from Kyle.
Showing a photo of the media personality looking very slim just a few weeks apart, Kyle said: “It’s just a good angle on me.”
Earlier this year, Kyle was forced to deny rumors that he was taking Ozempic after losing some weight.
When this was not convincing enough, he added: “Maybe I’ve stopped eating so much bread and drinking Coca Cola.”
Jackie O quickly came to her colleague’s defense and said, “You always come back from [Christmas] You are a little thinner because you are healthier, because of the sun, you like twelve coffees less.
‘And my wife… I said, “Can you bring me a chocolate lollipop?” And a salad appears,” Kyle said.
‘And I get angry… but I eat it anyway because they gave it to me.’
