Porn star Sadie Summers, who made a name for herself in the porn industry when she was just 19, is returning to adult films 15 years after she left the scene to save lives as a nurse.
The 38-year-old, who has starred in more than 70 films, spoke openly about her decision to return more than a decade after transitioning into a career in nursing to have something that “no one could take away from her.”
While speaking to DailyMail.com, the Canadian beauty revealed that working with seniors made her want to take a step back in front of the camera so she wouldn’t have any regrets.
Sadie lifted the lid on her “love of sex work” and shared that she had returned so she could have a better work-life balance and spend more time with her three-year-old son and husband.

While speaking to DailyMail.com, the Canadian beauty revealed that working with “older people” in her everyday life made her want to take a step back in front of the camera.
The porn star explained that since leaving the X movie industry she has seen it evolve and detailed her reasons for leaving it 15 years ago.
He told DailyMail.com that the porn world was previously “concentrated in one area of the world, like Los Angeles,” with some other options in Florida in Europe.

However, Sadie wanted to dedicate more time to her other passions, such as skiing and mountain biking.
‘I was at a time in my life when I really liked skiing, playing sports and traveling in the mountains. I found it limiting to have to make sure I was in Los Angeles, and I just needed something different to do at the time.
“I moved back to Whistler, Canada, and started studying nursing so I could ski more often,” the 38-year-old explained.
Despite being happy to have more time for her hobbies, Sadie missed the raunchy world she once starred in.
‘I wouldn’t say retired. I just walked away. She knew…that if she was in a tragic car accident and couldn’t seem to make movies anymore, she could still be a nurse. So I really wanted to have that piece of paper that no one could take away from me,” she said.
Sadie’s ‘very long break’ taught her what to value in life and even boosted her confidence.

The blonde beauty worked in home and community care, where she specialized in helping older people spend the rest of their days at home rather than sending them to a care facility.

Sadie saw many people die with regret during her time as a nurse and realized she didn’t want to end up the same way.
“Everyone wishes they had more free time to spend with their families,” he said.
He explained that he did not want to spend his life working instead of enjoying time with his family.
Sadie said: “Almost 99 per cent of people wish they had lived life differently.” And I say, “Why do I limit myself to social norms?”

When he left nursing, he did not receive any negative reaction from his colleagues, adding that everyone “remained silent.”
He explained that he didn’t want to spend his life working ’55 hours’ instead of enjoying time with his family.
She revealed that all her friends and family “really support her” in her decision to return to the raunchy scene.

Sadie revealed that although she is “nostalgic” for how the industry used to be, she believes it is much “healthier” now.
