A trans woman recorded a video at Disneyland using Minnie Mouse cake pops and chocolate-covered marshmallows to explain how her penis will soon be surgically transformed into a vagina.
The video shared by @lillytino_, who has 85,000 followers, has received more than 5,500 likes so far.
In it, Lilly Contino, from Atlanta, Georgia, explains how the procedure will be carried out, avoiding the use of words that refer to the genitals.
Contino recorded the video during a trip to the theme park with her mother and was not invited by Disney.
“I’m about to get kicked out of Disney,” he begins, before going on to explain that his surgery hasn’t gone as planned.

Contino used food metaphors to maintain discretion, ensuring that nearby children would not necessarily understand the content of the conversation if they had listened.
“Last summer, I was about to have my cake pops taken away,” he says, holding up a pair of Minnie Mouse chocolate-covered cake pops to act as testicles.
“The plan until recently was to turn my marshmallow wand into a marshmallow tunnel,” he explains while holding up another sugary treat that acts as a penis and vagina.
‘Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, I noticed some hair growing back on my marshmallow wand. “That’s bad, because the outside of the wand is what becomes the inside of the tunnel, so you don’t want hair growing there or it’s very uncomfortable,” he explains.
“So I talked to my surgeon and he said it would be best to postpone the procedure until the hair removal was complete,” continues Contino, 31, wearing plastic Minnie Mouse ears and a pink T-shirt with the message “Pride.” Rainbows in Disney characters.
“This is obviously disappointing because I was so excited to have a marshmallow tunnel before,” she says.

The video generated a lot of responses, with many people outraged that Contino would choose arguably the most kid-friendly place on the planet to discuss the most personal procedures.

When restaurant staff said “thank you sir” or “yes sir,” she could be heard correcting them: “I use she/her pronouns.” I’m not sir. I specifically asked not to be called sir.
