Buddy and Jesinta Franklin have put their luxury Gold Coast mansion up for sale, just 18 months after purchasing the property.
The power couple purchased the $8.75 million Mediterranean-style property in late 2022, which is located in the luxurious suburb of Reedy Creek.
The mansion is known as Villa Casa and by purchasing it, Buddy, 37, and Jesinta, 32, broke the price record for a property purchased in the picturesque hinterland.
The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom property features high ceilings, whitewashed walls, dark wood floors and striking arches.
Designed by award-winning architects Reece Keil, the mansion attracted immense interest when it first hit the market in 2022, becoming the most viewed property in the world. Real Estate.com.au.

The Franklins’ decision to sell follows reports that they are considering moving to the country.

Jesinta has had itchy feet for some time, leaving Sydney for the Gold Coast following her footballer husband Buddy’s retirement from the AFL in 2023.
Just a year and a half later, the model is looking toward green pastures.
“We’re actually thinking about selling and buying a farm now, so yeah, we’ll see how it goes,” Jesinta told The Morning Show.
As she said, ‘We love it.’ We love. When it comes to the Gold Coast, the mother of two would like to head to the bush.
‘That might be the next thing we talk about next time I’m here. “We love the idea of being on the land, growing our own food, having horses, a couple of Highland cows, we’d love that,” he said.

Jesinta has been enjoying time alone with her husband and children, daughter Tullulah, three, and son Rocky, two.
“We are spending a lot of quality time together and we always make sure to watch the Swannies and Hawks games,” Jesinta said.
The couple sold their luxury apartment in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for $5 million to complete their move to the Gold Coast.
