Megan, who designed a sportswear collection for Nike, also enjoys working out on the beach and runs up and down the sand for 40 minutes as cardio exercise.

Adding: ‘As a black woman, as a darker black woman, I also feel like people expect me to take the hits, the beatings, the spankings and handle them with grace. But I’m human.’
Months after the assault, Megan said she began crying before going on stage and became depressed as she tried to recover mentally and physically.

Tory Lanez was sentenced in August 2023 to 10 years in prison for three felony firearm offenses resulting from shooting her in the foot during their drunken argument in July 2020 after a party.
