Mike Tyson sent a warning shot at Jake Paul ahead of their fight, and the 57-year-old boxing legend posted a fearsome practice video to get his opponent’s attention.
Tyson and Paul, thirty years his junior, will fight on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
And Tyson is already well underway with his training for the fight, as a new video shows him landing some powerful punches on his sparring partner, with an intimidating message for Paul too.
“Can’t wait for it to be Jake,” she captioned the video.
Tyson was seen in the ring with trainer Rafael Cordeiro in February as he showed off his still-remarkable punching power.

But while many fans will consider ‘Iron Mike’ the favorite to win the fight, Paul warned Tyson not to ‘underestimate’ him ahead of the clash which will be broadcast on Netflix.
In a pre-fight interview, Paul alluded to a moment in Tyson’s career, just a few months after the YouTuber was born.
“He can’t bite my ear off if I’ve knocked his teeth out of his mouth,” Paul told FOX. “I really think he underestimates me.”

Paul, who was born in January 1997, added: “He’s a lot stronger, but I’m fresh.” He has experience. I’m smart in the ring, but maybe he’s even smarter. It will be very interesting.’
Tyson’s last official fight was in 2005, while Paul has been boxing professionally since 2020.
The former heavyweight champion claimed he was “scared to death” before the fight, but added: “This is a guy who’s going to try to hurt me, which I’m used to, and he’s going to be very wrong.”
