Kumar, a former NDIS employee, is accused of recording, using or disclosing protected agency information without authorization and official abuse of public office to cause harm.

Neither man has pleaded guilty and will face Parramatta Local Court on May 24.

Both Sharma and Kumar were permanently banned from “participating, directly or indirectly, in the provision of NDIS supports or services to disabled people” by the NDIS on 15 November.

The ban also means they cannot manage or even consult on the management of NDIS funds.

It extends to several companies owned by Sharma and his wife, Nikita Patel Sharma, who has not been charged and is not part of any criminal proceedings.

Several of those companies are registered at their address in Carlingford, northwest of Sydney, which is currently for sale.

Somya Academy, whose CEO is Ms Sharma, is approved to award qualifications such as an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, a Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Certificate III in Business.

A4 Education operates the companies Clean App and Sang Cleaning Services. All of which are registered at his Carlingford home.
