A 43-year-old woman in a wheelchair was attacked in her own home after a neighbor broke in – and the terrifying moment was caught on camera.
Nazvie Briones, 43, was caught off guard when her neighbor, Mohammed Haji, 41, broke into her Miami Gardens home on Saturday, police said.
Footage of the bizarre attack was captured by a Ring surveillance camera as Haji stormed into the house, destroyed her belongings and attacked her.
Briones, who is disabled and on dialysis, managed to call 911 when the manic man destroyed her home.
“The terror that happened in this house forever changed my home, my life, my everything,” Briones said. NBC6.

Finally, she pushed him out of her front door just as Miami Gardens police arrived.
In the midst of all the chaos, Briones’ service dog, a French bulldog named Jonah, ran out of the house and has yet to be found.
The video of the chaotic incident begins with Haji entering his living room while lying in bed and hearing the motion detector go off.
When he hears the noise of the camera, Haji points and says something inaudible before proceeding to destroy his property.
He then grabs a black stick-like structure and starts hitting random objects with it as he gets closer to his room.
In the midst of all the chaos, Briones’ service dog, a French bulldog named Jonah, ran out of the house and has yet to be found.
Briones then leaves her room in her motorized wheelchair as Haji lunges toward her.
‘Get out of my house, you damn psychopath,’ Briones yells at him.
She then moves her wheelchair towards him as he steps in front of her, puts all his weight on one of the chair’s arms and breaks it.
Briones says: ‘Get out of my house!’ as he points at her and walks out the open door.
“He came into my house and started destroying everything, breaking, ripping and throwing glass,” she said.
Briones said he also threw a dog door against the wall and grabbed a knife from the kitchen.
‘It was the power of God. I made him come back, drop the knife and then rush into my room.
“He took the phone out of my hand, threw it out the window, smashed it, then came in and started attacking me,” Briones recalled.
Haji is seen putting all his weight on one of the arms of Briones’ wheelchair just before she pushed him out of her house.
Haji is seen lashing out at Briones as she leaves his room. She said he also threw a dog door against the wall and grabbed a knife from the butcher block in her kitchen.
Haji was arrested on a charge of home invasion and aggravated assault robbery. He was denied bail on at least one of the charges related to the home invasion.
She then grabbed a nearby ring of light and used it to defend herself while Haji grabbed it from her, hit her with it and punched her in the face, Briones said.
Once she left her home, Briones was met by police, whom she allegedly kicked when they tried to arrest her.
This is not the first time Haji has been in trouble with the law; In 2019, he was arrested for allegedly cutting a Walmart employee with scissors.
After that arrest, he allegedly threatened former President Donald Trump. The case ended in a guilty plea.
After learning about his past, Briones said: ‘Why was someone only given 219 days, which has some deportation? Why are you in this country to do it to someone else, and to a disabled person at that?
Haji was arrested on a charge of home invasion and robbery with aggravated assault for the latest alleged incident. He was denied bail.
Once he left his house, Briones was met by police officers, whom he allegedly kicked when they tried to arrest him.
This is not the first time Haji has been in trouble with the law; In 2019, he was arrested for allegedly cutting a Walmart employee with scissors.
He was seen in court, handcuffed and wearing a green vest as the judge read his charges.
Since the terrifying encounter, Briones has focused on finding her dog who she called her ‘boy.’
“He is the light of my life, which gives me the opportunity to fight every day,” he said.
‘Please have it in your heart to bring him home safely. I beg you. And I just want justice, so that one day no one else has to suffer what I suffer.’
Missing posters of the missing three-year-old puppy have been circulating on social media as friends and local residents tried to help her find him.
