Blended with high-quality Trinidad and Barbados rum, the spirit has a blend of spices, notes of juicy mango, raisins, caramel, coconut ice cream and a citrusy trace of lime zest. The delicious scent of caramel, vanilla and a hint of cloves gives the rum the perfect balance.

- 50 ml Dead Man’s Fingers Coconut Rum
- 60 ml of chilled green tea
- 12.5 ml of lime juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup

For Redleg Rum’s signature cocktail you will need:
- 50 ml Red Leg Rum
- 150 ml ginger beer
- 150 ml cloudy apple juice
- 25 ml of cinnamon syrup
- 2 wedges of lime
Method: Fill a jar with ice and add 25 ml of cinnamon syrup. Top up with apple juice and ginger beer. Press and add the two lime wedges. Float 50 ml of RedLeg on top, stir and serve.
A complex and unique tasting rhum agricole from Issan in the northeastern region of Thailand and produced by a distillery with a great focus on sustainability and community.
The un-aged spirit drink is made with red sugar cane juice, which is distilled in a copper pot. It has flavors of lively fresh sugar cane, fruity floral notes, green apples, honey melon, white grapefruit, white rose, sweet fusel, petrol-y characteristics and a wet cut grass.
Its taste has flavors of sweet dried grass, salty green olive, white pepper and overripe pear, followed by a hint of honey blossom.
A light and spicy Cuban rum made and aged in Cuba. Havana Club 3 year old rum combines freshness and character to create classic Cuban Mojitos and Daiquiris.

Mojito Cocktail Recipe:
- Two teaspoons of white sugar
- Squeezed half a lime
- Two sprigs of mint
- 45 ml ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
- 90 ml of sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Method: Mix the sugar and fresh lime juice with a spoon. Mix the sprigs of mint in the lime and sugar mixture. Mix again after adding the Havana Club Añejo 3 Años and ice cubes. Refill with your choice of sparkling water. Garnish with a mint sprig or slice of lime for a classic Cuban mojito.
Founded in 1703, Mount Gay Rum comes from one of the oldest distilleries in the world. With a warm, medium body and a bright amber finish, Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados Rum is packed with character and aroma.
The spirit has signature floral and fruity notes of apricot and banana with a hint of vanilla. Aged in Kentucky oak barrels, it also has a subtle smokiness.
Original Rum Punch:
- 45 ml Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados Rum
- 22.5 ml sugar syrup
- 15 ml of fresh lime juice
- 90 ml of water
- 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
- Lime or orange wedges
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Method: Put all ingredients in a glass, add crushed ice, stir and add grated nutmeg.
A beautifully spiced rum suitable for all taste buds. The multi-award winning spirit is created by carefully mixing tinctures of Madagascar vanilla, orange zest, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom into a base of delicious Caribbean rum
Enjoy mixed with cola, pure with a splash of orange or in cocktails like the brand choice of Mai Tai. You need:
- 40 ml Ableforth’s Rumbillion!
- 20 ml Triple Sec
- 25 ml of lime juice
- 20 ml Orgeat
Method: Shake over ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with squeezed lime wedges for a perfect serving.

Woods Old Navy Rum is made from Demerara molasses and three different rums, all distilled in the Diamond Distillery in Guyana, South America, before shipping to the UK. The spirits are then aged in Scotland in American oak barrels for an average of 3 years before being mixed and processed into Wood’s Navy Rum.

- 20 ml Ruby grapefruit juice

Method: Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a blender with ice and mix. Pour into a glass and cover with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig for a refreshing aftertaste.
