Scottie Scheffler could spend the next few weeks at home now that his wife is about to give birth to their first child.

Instead of a sprawling palace, the Scheffler family lives in a modestly priced mansion in Dallas, Texas, with a price tag well within the golfer’s reported net worth.

Scheffler bought the home in 2020 after marrying his high school sweetheart, Meredith Scudder, for a price of $2.1 million.

For that price, the home has plenty of space: It spans nearly 5,000 square feet and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

According to Zillow (via the New York Post), the home is now estimated to be worth around $3.2 million.

The home has been described as “one of a kind” and is located in the exclusive Devonshire neighborhood.

Home features include a spacious master bedroom, which includes a sitting area and his and hers closets.

It sits on a half-acre lot with a large backyard that features a covered patio, fireplace, and pool.

The mansion is the perfect base for the world’s number one golfer, a title that has belonged to Scheffler for 85 weeks since March 2022.

Scottie has had a solid campaign in 2024, with four wins so far this season.

The first came at the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill in Orlando, Florida, where he beat second-place finisher Wyndham Clark by five strokes.

The following week at The Players Championship, Scheffler won by a single stroke over a three-way tie for second place consisting of Clark, Brian Harman and Xander Schauffele.
