One mother said, “I ordered and paid for two sweet potatoes, I got 12,” while another added, “I sent 36 eggs, I just wanted 12.”

Many asked the woman if she had made a mistake by accidentally adding 17 bags of carrots to her order, but she insisted she only bought two.

However, an employee defended the supermarket, claiming that she had noticed that some customers accidentally ordered more items than intended.

Believe me, I order online at Woolies. No one accidentally packages this, but it is relatively common for people to accidentally order kilos of products, ”she said on the video.

‘I once had someone order 35 bags of mushrooms. When they came to pick up they said they only want to order one. ‘
