Woolworths has announced a major change to prices on hundreds of its most popular products.
The supermarket giant has lowered food and home purchase prices by an average of 18 percent to help customers overcome the cost of living crisis.
The reduced prices are available from February 28, 2024 to May 28, 2024, with meat, vegetables and snacks among the new discounts.
Woolworths’ popular dumpling range (400g) has dropped from $8 to $6 per pack, including pork and beef dumplings and beef dumplings with carrot, celery, tomato and onion.
Shoppers will also find price drops on the Roasted Pork Leg (was $11/kg, now $9/kg), Heart Smart Beef Stir Fry (500g) (was $12, now $10) and the Approved Diced Chicken Breast by RSPCA from Woolworths (1kg) (was $15.50, now $13).

Woolworths also lowered the prices of its salad bowls and bags, including the Green Goodness Salad Bowl (240g) (was $6.50, now $5.90), the Caesar Salad Bowl (200g) (was $5.50, now $5) and the baby leaf spinach (120 g). (was $3, now $2.20).
Parents will be happy to see popular school lunch boxes at lower prices.
You can now buy the BEGA Cheese Kids 8 Pack (was $7, now $6.30), the Banana, Pear or Apple Kids 5 Pack (was $3.50, now $2.50) and Vaalia Strawberry Yogurt For Kids 140g (was $2.40, now $2).
The cleaning and laundry section has also taken a dive: the popular 45-capsule pack of Dynamo Professional 7-in-1 Laundry Detergent is down from $43 to $30.
Shoppers will also find that Dettol All-Purpose Cleaning Wipes are now $7.80, down from $13, and Pine O’Cleen All-Purpose Spray is $3.50, down from $7.
